Valentina Ceschi
Valentina Ceschi is a director and movement specialist working in theatre and opera. She studied at the École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq and at the L.E.M., in Paris between 2006 and 2008, training with the founding members of Complicité and other leading Eauropean practitioners. She has been working as a performance maker and theatre practitioner for over ten years and has recently started directing short films with students at the NFTS. Her most recent opera productions include Il Viaggio a Reims by Gioachino Rossini, The Great Stink by Omar Shahryar and What Dreams May Come, a song cycle for English Touring Opera. In Autumn she will be directing a reading of Charlotte Perkins Gilman's The Yellow Wallpaper at The Shipwright in London and in Spring 2026, she will be directing Poulenc's Les Dialogues des Carmelites for New Orleans Opera.
